Hello guys! Hope you guys are having a WONDERFUL DAY. So today, I am posting my 2014 Makeup Favorites (for 2013 favorites, click here)! Plenty of these products are quite familiar to my long time readers, but a slipped a couple in here that are relatively newer but are just so great that I had to mention. I unfortunately do not have favorite for every single category, but I definitely chose products that I stand by and will see quite often in the next year (or more). That being said, hope you guys enjoyed watching the video and hope you guys have a wonderful new years!

Hey loves! Today I will be reviewing the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation in Light Beige (53). I purchased this when I was in Canada this past summer and I am now finally getting around to reviewing this foundation (ended up having to rewriting this review because I overwrote the first review >.> ). However, one good thing about me taking so long to review this foundation is that I could tell you how this foundation worked during the summer, fall, and winter (so you guys have a better understanding of how this foundation functions)! That being said, let's get onto the review!

December 2014 Favorites
Hey guys! I hope you guys had a Merry Christmas and for those of you who don't celebrate Christmas, I hope are enjoying the holidays! So today I wanted to share with you my December Favorites. I initially wasn't planning on doing a December Favorites, but I've been really enjoying these two products that I wanted to share with you (and yes, even if it is only two products!) I also am not planning on mentioning it in my 2014 Favorites (which will up be within the next week or so) mainly because... I've only had them for the last couple of weeks in December! As such, I decided on doing a December Favorites!

GRWM 8 - Everyday Makeup Routine
Hey guys! Hope your holidays are going well (and Merry Christmas to those of you that celebrate it!) Today I will be sharing with you a Get Ready With Me Video, featuring my everyday makeup routine. This is pretty basic, so I won't be talking through the video. However, I wanted to show you the kind of look I gravitate towards when I put a little bit of effort whenever I am at school (on days where I don't want to be glamorous). Hope you enjoy watching the video!

July to November 2014 Empties
Hey guys! So today I will be sharing with you what my empties were! I actually don't have that many products that I used up in comparison to other empties videos... but I thought I'd share never the less! The products were on a chair just in case anything leaked and make it easier to clean (hence the products are sitting on the chair). Keep reading for the empties video and complete list of products!

Products I'm Testing #1
Hey guys! So today I will be showing you the products that I am currently working to review and testing out! The majority of these products I have purchased recently during the various Sephora sales so it may take awhile before I post the review but they will be up eventually I promise!

Updated Winter Foundation Routine 2014
Hello lovies! Today I will be showing you my updated foundation routine for the winter. I'm using different products then I was using last year, so I just wanted to share with you what I did. This video was requested by the lovely Iqra at The Blushing Giraffe (go check her blog out if you haven't already!) I hope you guys enjoyed my latest video where I go step by step and detail you how I have been doing my foundation recently!

Holiday Makeup Look 3: Metallic Neutral Eyes
Hey guys! So today I wanted to share with you this look I created for the upcoming Holiday season! This is the third look I've come up since starting my blog, if you want a throwback to the two looks I created last year, click here to see! I decided to showcase the Too Faced Everything Nice Palette that I did a review for here within the past week or so because I know people were probably wanting to see this in action (and I don't blame them because...there have been mixed reviews amongst YouTubers and beauty bloggers). Like I stated in the palette, I do really enjoy this palette a lot, I do think its worth getting. The eyeshadow duds aren't horrifyingly bad (like the kind where no matter how much pigment you pack on, you still get NOTHING). Those eyeshadows are just... are not up to the other quality of the eyeshadows and are somewhat average (and it can easily be fixed by using an eyeshadow base like the one I used in this look). Anyways, off to me letting you know how I got this look!

Review: Mary Kay Clear Proof Acne System
Hey guys! So I received the Mary Kay Clear Proof Acne System over a month back by Influenster in my ClearProof VoxBox. Finally, after a long time of me trying, I will give you a review of the product (and if you are wondering, I did not receive any compensation for this review). This whole kit sells for $45 for the four full sized products shown above ($59 if all the products are purchased separately). They also sell a 7 day trial set for $20 (1 fl oz for the cleanser and moisturizer, .9 fl oz for toner, and .1 oz for the acne treatment gel). This is a bit of a hefty price for the whole kit, so definitely consider getting it if you believe that it will benefit you. Skincare is a very personal thing, it varies from person to person as to what the best skincare products are.

November 2014 Favorites
Hey guys! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving (if you celebrate)! Today I will be showing you what my favorite products were for November!
Products Mentioned:
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo - Review
This month I have been all about the natural brow look as a result of the multiple smokey eyes I have been wearing this month. This brow powder duo is one of my most underrated eyebrow products, mainly because I love the Dip Brow Pomade so much! This brow powder duo is great for those natural days, and matches my brows really well!
Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss in Rebel
I'm not usually a huge lipgloss fanatic, but BOY do I love this one. It isn't sticky and the smell isn't repulsive (yay!) This has a peppermint scent, similar to the Buxom lipglosses (which I also love)! Rebel is a nice sheer pink that works great on top of nude and pink lipsticks!

Benefit Rockateur Blush
This blush is absolutely DIVINE. I'm sure you guys are sick of me raving about this blush already... but I truly recommend you to get it! This is a beautiful rose-gold blush with a beautiful sheen, making it unnecessary to wear highlighter on top (although you could of course do that!) Benefit has a set of 6 cheek products right now at a discounted price for the holiday season, so check that out if you want to try several holiday collections! Oh, and if you want to see a swatch of the blush, check out my Top High End Blushes post!
Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation in Beige Clair
I've heard so many wonderful things about Bourjois products that I knew I had to pick up this foundation when I got the chance! I picked this one up when I was in Canada and boy, is this a love! I actually attempted to film a 1st Impression of me wearing this foundation... but that video kinda failed...so I probably will just be doing a video review (or blog post) of this foundation. This foundation is probably best suited to normal skin (maybe some of you gals with combination skin) because it doesn't have a matte finish. I find that this foundation does not work really well when it is summer time, but this foundation is perfect during the colder months! I don't think you can get Bourjois in the US, but you can get it on Feelunique.com (they also do free international shipping over $15). This foundation is 17.72 on their website normally, but they do have sales, so you can get it at a cheaper price potentially!

It Cosmetics for Ulta Airbrush Soft Focus Blush Brush #13
Yes, I may have picked up another It Cosmetics Brush from Ulta. I couldn't decide between grabbing this brush or the OMG Foundation brush, but I ended up picking up this one.up because I had a wonderful foundation brushes, but I wasn't 100% satisfied with my blush brushes. I have not been disappointed with this brush at all, it is SO soft and deposits color perfectly onto my cheeks. Will I be picking more It brushes? Heck yes!
Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer in 5
Yes, I may have added another concealer to my collection. Picked this up during the most recent Sephora VIB sale...and I do not regret this purchase at all! If anything, I'm wondering why I didn't pick this one up earlier! Very long lasting, very pigmented, and pure perfection!
Make Up For Ever Rouge Artist Natural Lipstick in N9
I've never tried a MUFE lipstick until this month when I received this for my birthday perk at Sephora.. and as such I was pleasantly surprised! This is hydrating and a really nice browny, nude lipstick color that is perfect for everyday wear!
N.P. Solution Premium Snail BB Cream
The other base product I have been loving is this BB Cream. I haven't been a fan of other BB creams so far, but I really do like this one. My cousin gave this to me as a gift when I was in Canada so I'm not sure where to grab it besides Ebay. This is a tad bit too light for me, but that can be easily fixed with bronzer and a darker powder. This is incredibly moisturizing and very light, while providing light to medium coverage! First Korean makeup product I've tried, and I am impressed!

Too Faced Everything Nice Set - Review
What can I say that I haven't said in my review? I have been enjoying this palette a lot this month, from the neutrals to the jewel eyeshadow colors. This palette has a great variety of eye shadows, which will make it great for travel (even though it is a bit on the bulky side). There are some misses in this palette, so I do recommend you to check this out in stores (or read other reviews), before buying, but other than that... I definitely recommend you buy (hurry before it gets sold out!)
Wet n Wild Meglast Lipstick in 902C Bare It All
I've never tried Wet n Wild lipsticks until this month...and I have found a new favorite nude lipstick! It goes on so smooth, and while it is a matte lipstick formula, it isn't drying at all. For $1.99, this also won't break the bank when you decide to get the whole collection!

Hello my loves! So today I am doing a review of the Too Faced Everything Nice Set. This review marks the first time where I have reviewed Too Faced products! I've been eyeing this set for awhile now, unable to decide whether or not I should pick this up or not. Last year I missed out on the My Favorite Things palette from them and I really regretted not picking it up! I eventually caved in and bought this palette! I've only tried two things from the set prior to purchasing this palette, the Better than Sex Mascara and Chocolate Soleil Bronzer. Everything else from this palette is brand new to me (I have never tried any of their eyeshadows, blushes, and highlighter)! So, stay tuned for this lengthy review of this makeup set!

An Update of Sorts... WHERE ON EARTH IS PAULINE?!
Hey guys! So I just wanted to stop by and give you a (long overdue) update (in case any of my viewers were curious and all). First off, I would like to thank everyone who has been supportive of me in my time off. You guys are the best, seriously! I've been literally driving myself crazy with the amount of studying I've been doing. Mad props to bloggers who are full time college students and blog on a consistent basis (and I bow down to bloggers who blog on a daily basis). I don't know how you guys do it!
Long story short, school has really taken a toll on me within the past couple of months. It took over any allotted time that I had planned for blogging and making youtube videos. As such, I've been a ghost on almost all my social media (minus instagram). While I genuinely love blogging and do use this as a stress relief of sorts, blogging still placed an enormous amount of pressure and stress that I could not have upon me with the class load I am taking.
Now that I have successfully completely my first round of exams (YAY!), I have decided to slowly reintegrate myself back into blogging. I'll probably start off with one post a week and hopefully work my way up. I take my blogging very seriously, and I never want to half-ass my reviews or makeup looks. They'll come whenever they are ready, and they will come I promise. Youtube videos... may not come until December (aka whenever my semester is over). Videos are more time consuming than blogs...and somethings gotta give, ya know? School comes first at the end of the day.
That being said I have a bit of an announcement to make in regards to my makeup purchasing philosophy. I have decided boycott all makeup brand that supports Israel. I first heard of the boycott from the lovely Iqra over at The Blushing Giraffe (her post here is very informative and detailed and I highly suggest you check it out!). I've followed her blog extensively for awhile now (I want to say easily more than six months...maybe more than a year?! Don't recall an exact date unfortunately). Essentially, I have decided that boycotting Israel was the right thing to do.
For years I have been thoroughly disappointed by the International Community for not actively addressing and pursuing for Palestinian people to finally have a state of their own. Approximately 5 million Palestinians have been displaced since the 1940s and a number of human rights violations have been inflicted on the Palestinian people. By boycotting these makeup brands, I am am showing my voice where I will not stand by and condone this any longer.
That being said, please do not think that because I am boycotting companies affiliated with Israel that I am an Anti-Semitic. I am a firm believer in human rights, and I believe that the people of Palestine have been silenced for far too long. As a (newly minted) Political Science major myself, I cannot turn a blind eye to this whatsoever.
So as such, I urge to you my fellow bloggers to boycott major corporations such as Estee Lauder, L'Oreal, and Proctor and Gamble to stop funding Israel. If you need any additional motivation, the majority of these companies also condone animal testing. Furthermore, CoverGirl (one of my favorite brands and part of Proctor and Gamble) refuses to drop its NFL sponsorship in the face of the domestic violence scandal. After addressing my conscience and morals, it is clear what I need to do.
However, I will fulfill my promise to you guys and review any makeup products that I have previously promised for the brands I am boycotting. Those reviews are now on a top priority list and will probably be turned around within the next couple of weeks.
For those of you who are interested in boycotting, check out here for a comprehensive list of brands that are known to be affiliated with Israel. If you are still interested, check out here for another 11 well known brands that fund Israel.
For those of you who stuck around and read through this whole entire post, thank you guys so much for listening to me. While I understand that not everyone will share my opinion, I hope that I did bring some awareness to the boycott. I won't be surprised if I will have some followers unsubscribe from me. If you are sticking around for the long run, stay tuned to me updating my blog with old youtube videos that I haven't gotten around posting (bad Pauline, I know!) and a new blog post that will come out soon! Oh, and to my fellow Canadians, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

#MakeuplessMonday Review: Aveeno Active Naturals Protect & Hydrate Lotion Sunscreen
Hey guys! Today I will be reviewing Aveeno Active Naturals Protect & Hydrate Lotion Sunscreen SPF 30. Quick overview is that I do enjoy the sunscreen, it has a slightly more watery consistency then the Hawaiian Tropic Ultra Radiance Sheer Touch Lotion Sunscreen SPF 15. Slight downside though, it has less product than the Hawaiian Tropic Sunscreen and is more expensive. However, I do think that the Aveeno is better suited for those of you who have sensitive skin! My sister is really sensitive and she can use this product (which is a huge plus, because prior to that she could've only used one other sunscreen)! Hope you guys enjoyed the video and thank you for watching!
Travel Makeup Bag for Canada
Hey guys! So today I will be showing you what products I brought with me to Canada! This is no small bag that I brought for my nearly three week vacation... I brought a good amount of makeup with me to be extra prepared! In case you are wondering... my parents now think I am crazy because of the amount of makeup I brought with me! However, I was able to create a variety of looks using the products that I had here (so in my eyes, it completely justifies the amount that I brought)! Without further adieu, hope you have a fun time watching the video!

#MakeuplessMonday Review: Hawaiian Tropic Ultra Radiance Sheer Touch Lotion Sunscreen
Hey guys! So yesterday I uploaded a review of my newest favorite body sunscreen Hawaiian Tropic Ultra Radiance Sheer Touch Lotion Sunscreen SPF 15. Now for some reason or another, I'm not exactly 100% positive this would show up on your subscription feeds... I'm thinking its because I accidentally hit publish on this video and then placed it on private... and then hit publish again. Anyways, quick run down on this sunscreen: it smells really good, spreads easily, and is moisturizing (while absorbing quickly in the skin). This sunscreen is also a chemical sunscreen and personally I have never noticed a difference between physical and chemical sunscreens. Summer is never over in Florida and I am running through sunscreen like water (literally, I finished this sunscreen in less than three weeks). July 2014 Makeup Favorites
Hello everyone! So today I have to share with you my July Favorites! There isn't that many products I have to share with you... mainly because I haven't been wearing much makeup and because I have been breaking out quite a bit! These products are well loved throughout the month and one favorite (the Bite lipsticks) have become my favorite lipsticks ever! Check out the video to see what my favorites were! Sorry for the bad lighting, I filmed this originally in good lighting but the original video was completely out of focus! This one is slightly out of focused in the beginning, but I fixed it about half way through ;)

#MakeuplessMonday Review: Olay Professional Pro X Cleansing Brush
Hello guys! Last weeks #MakeuplessMonday Review featured Olay Professional Pro X Cleansing Brush. I've been using this cleansing brush for over a year now, and finally got around to reviewing it! Quick overview for my blog readers: I do enjoy it, but I would not recommend this for those of you who have sensitive skin. I find that this can be abrasive for me because it rotates in a complete circle (those 360 degrees can be a bit... too much at times). However, if you are looking for an alternative to higher end cleansing brushes such as the uber popular Clarisonic, definitely check this out! This is priced for about 30 dollars (before any couponing is involved!) and the replacement brush heads costs $10 for two! A cleansing brush is nice to have because it cleans your face much more thoroughly than your hands ever could! It also removes makeup very effectively (especially pesky, heavy duty makeup like Estee Lauder Double Wear!)
Have you tried any cleansing brushes? What is your opinion on them? Let me know in the comment section below!
Favorite Makeup Brushes
Hello guys! I am sharing with you my favorite makeup brushes that I use on a consistent basis. For the most part, these brushes are drugstore, but I do have two high end brushes in here! While I do not have an extensive brush collection, I do feel that the brushes I do have to talk about are well worth mentioning. I can foresee myself sticking to these brushes for a long time (provided that they don't fall apart on me of course!) The only things that I may have to add in the future are smaller eye brushes to focus on more precise blending! With that being said, I hope you enjoy the video!

#MakeuplessMonday Review: Benefit Porefessional + Comparison to Maybelline Baby Skin
Hello guys! I'm sorta late for posting last weeks #MakeuplessMonday Review, but here it is! I reviewed Benefit Porefessional Primer on my youtube channel, and also compared it to the Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser (which I reviewed several months ago here). Quick summary of the review: I enjoy the Porefessional Primer a lot more than the Maybelline Baby Skin. While the price difference is a bit hefty, the texture, consistency, and application of the Porefessional is a lot more appealing to me. Maybelline Baby Skin has a tendency to leave me a bit greasy at times. However, if you are on a budget, both are great pore fillers!
Have you tried either of these products? Let me know in the comment section below what you think!

1st Impression: Mac Studio Fix Powder Foundation
Hello guys! Today I have here a 1st Impression review of the Mac Studio Fix Powder Foundation. I had a Macy's Gift Card and I decided to pick up this foundation as well as Rebel lipstick (which I am wearing in the video) so I didn't necessarily break my Project 10 Pan... but I did kinda cheat a bit! I've been on the hunt for a good powder foundation for my oily skin! I've heard plenty of great things about this product so I wanted to go test this out! Needless to say I'm not sure if this has made the cut yet, but after a day of wear in below average heat and humidity (peaking at 85 degrees Fahrenheit in Florida), this did wear somewhat alright. I will definitely trial this on for a bit longer before I make my final option, but nevertheless, here is my first impression review where I check in throughout the day and give you my thoughts!
Please let me know if there is a powder foundation for oily skin that you could recommend!

The Transitional and Blending Eyeshadows
Hello lovelies! Today I am featuring my transitional and blending eyeshadows! While I do not have a lot of mid-tone brown eyeshadows in my collections, the ones I do have pack a nice punch and work wonderfully when I want to blend out eyeshadows and ensure that I do not have any harsh lines. The ones I have here are my favorites and the eyeshadows I gravitate towards the most!

#Makeupless Monday Review: Boots Botanics Mattifying Day Cream Shine Away SPF 15
I'm a little late posting this on my blog, but here was yesterday's Makeupless Monday Review, featuring Boots Botanics Mattifying Day Cream Shine Away SPF 15. For those of you who are new to my blog & channel, I have started a new series on my youtube channel that is inspired by the hashtag #MakeuplessMonday! This video serves two purposes, first and most importantly I am working on improving my skin by changing my lifestyle and skincare habits! Secondly, I will be doing a review on beauty related items and giving you my opinions sans makeup! I don't do a lot of reviews on my youtube channel, so I am working on changing that! For some reason, I have a big tendency to do reviews on my blog! As such, I am working to switch things up and get things done! I'm currently filming in batches so my skin here is the same as it was last week (trying to get a good schedule settled for when I go to Canada for vacation!)
Cutting to the chase, this moisturizer that I recently hauled has now become my latest favorite moisturizer! I definitely recommend it to you if you have oily skin! Watch the video to see my thoughts on the product!
What is your favorite moisturizer right now? Let me know in the comment section below!

May & June 2014 Empties
Sometimes I wonder if the amount of makeup and skincare items I go through is unhealthy. During the month of May and June, I have used up 26 products! Some of the products would be very familiar to you if you have been following me for some time, others are new mentions! I am extremely happy with the amount of products I have gone through because that means that these products aren't sitting there and collecting dust in my cabinets! There is of course a lot of products I still have to go through before I can be happy with the amount of products I own, but I'm making lots and lots of progress!

#Makeupless Monday Reviews: Boots Botanics Hydrating Eye Cream Age Defense
Hey guys! Today is the start of a new series on my channel! Every Monday starting from today, I will be doing Makeupless Monday reviews! While I have definitely have not been shy about not wearing makeup in my videos, but now I have made a point to commit to not wear any makeup on Mondays! This series does two things for me, one it commits me to posting a review every week on my Youtube channel (which is something my channel has definitely be lacking) and two I can get a visual indicator on how my skin is doing! I'm hoping that by doing this series, I will be motivated to work on keeping my skin as clear as possible and I will be able to check on how my skin is doing as a result!
Today I will be doing a review on the Boots Botanics Hydrating Eye Cream Age Defense that I purchased in my last Skincare Haul. Mia from MakeMeUpMia requested to hear my thoughts on it, and after giving it a good two weeks I have finally decided to do a review on it! Unfortunately, I do not have a good review on this product. While it is initially hydrating, it dries up quickly and sucks up all the hydration with it! Be sure to check out the review to hear my thoughts!

FOTD: Fourth of July Inspired Makeup Look!
Hello guys! So today I am creating a Fourth of July Inspired Makeup Look! I definitely think that this is an extremely fun look, its a bit different then the other looks I see beauty bloggers sporting.... probably because I didn't use the proper red, white, and blue
For my eyebrows I am using my go to eyebrow product, the Anastasia Beverly Hills DipBrow Pomade in Dark Brown (Review) and to set my eyebrows I used Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel (Review). I then primed my eyes using the Jordana 12 Hr Made to Last Eyeshadow Pencil in Continuous Almond (Review). For my eyeshadow look, I first placed Mac Matte Eyeshadow in Saddle into my crease as a transition color and to help make blending a lot easier. I then used Inglot Matte Eyeshadow in 353 (Review) as a highlight on my browbone and on the inner half of the eyes. Then, I applied Elf Essential Eyeshadow in Teal in the middle of my lids. After that, I placed Inglot Pearl Eyeshadow in 428 on my outer third and into the crease. To finish up my eyeshadow look, I placed Inglot AMC Pigment in 30 to my inner third for some extra dimension. To line my upper last line, I used Wet n Wild Mega Liner Liquid Eyeliner in Black and I brightened my waterline using thw Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in Nude. I finished off my eye makeup by applying Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara in Strauss Black, a glittery black mascara, on my lashes.
Prior to putting on my makeup, I prepped my lips using the Maybelline Baby Lips in Pink Punch. Because I will be wearing a red lip, I will be using the Jordana Easy Liner for Lips Retractable Pencil in Sedona Red to ensure the longevity of my lipstick and to help fight against feathering! The lipstick I would be using is Victoria's Secret Color Drama Lipstick in Ignite. I found that the lips were slightly overpowering for the look, so I used NYX Megashine Lipgloss in Beige to help tone it down.
Of course, you need to set your face to make sure that the makeup sliding off! Today I used Urban Decay Deslick Setting Spray to help make my makeup last as long as possible.
I hope you guys enjoyed this makeup look and let me know what you think!

Haul: Replenishing Skincare
Hauls sometimes can be unnecessary but other times can be crucial when certain things run out! In today's case it is both out of necessity (because I ran out of my essentials) and desperation. I finally ran out of the moisturizers, eye cream, and scar diminishing cream so I knew I had to pick some things up! But, I also have been breaking out much more frequently then normal! As such, we have a little haul here that is somewhat necessary (and didn't result in me cheating on my latest Project 10 Pan!). Some of these products are products I have used before, others are brand new to me and I am looking forward to trying out!
First necessity I picked up to help combat breakouts was the Clinique Acne Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel. While I certainly have a lot of acne products still, none of them have been working against the recent batch of acne. While this has worked well for me in the past, it isn't working as well for me right now! I'm not going to return it though because my sister still loves it (and its working fabulous on her)! The next thing I picked up to combat my breakouts is the Lush Cupcake Fresh Face Mask. I haven't raved much about this mask as much as I need too, this is a great mask to purify and smooth out the texture of your skin! While this isn't the best to help fight breakouts, it does brings up all the dirt, sebum, and lord knows what to the surface (which may result in having a couple of breakouts in the first couple of uses just because it is extracting all of the grimey things out of your skin!)
For skincare, I had to replenish my day cream, eye cream, body lotion, and scar diminishing cream. For my day cream, I purchased the Boots Botanics Mattifying Day Cream Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 15. It says for it is meant for oily/combination skin, so I knew I had to try this out to see whether or not it worked for my oily skin! As always, I'm in search of a hydrating eye cream to reduce the puffiness in my eyes as well as minimize my fine lines on my eyes! As such, I decided to try out the Boots Botanics Hydrating Eye Cream Age Defense with Protective Ginkgo. I have a friend who loves Boots skincare, so I knew I had to try out those two Boots products! For a daytime body lotion, I decided to tryout the Hawaiian Tropic Ultra Radiance Sheer Touch Lotion Sunscreen SPF 15. In the past, I haven't really cared much for protecting my body (yes, that meant that I did not put SPF on my body unless I was swimming in the pool or beach). However, I am working on changing that this summer. I currently have plenty of lotions, but none of them had any SPF in it. I decided to try this one because IT SMELLS LIKE MANGOS (which is my second favorite scent of all time... ultimate fave being coconut). Lastly, I had to replace my Scarzone Advanced Skincare Scar Cream which I have loved for years...and then after purchasing it I realized that they reduced the size of the product while keeping the price! I'm currently pissed at the fact that they did that, so I am currently contemplating on changing to a new product. The formula hasn't changed, but I feel like I have already used up half of the product in the tube and I only had it for a week.
What skincare products are your necessities? Any products you'd recommend me to pick up next whenever these run out?

The Brow Products Stash
Hey guys! So today I wanted to go over all the eyebrow products that I own! I don't have a ridiculous amount of products, but it is a significant amount where you can get a mini review (or update if I have reviewed them) on what I think about all the eyebrow products I own and whether or not I would recommend them! Have to say though, once you start drawing on your eyebrows...you cannot go back. It makes SUCH a huge difference in your face, gives it a more polished and framed effect!
Let's first start off with affordables of the bunch I have in my collection. The Elf Studio Eyebrow Kit in Medium (Review - $3) is great for beginners! As you can see, I have already hit pan on the brow gel side (which is the side I predominantly use)! The brow powder is definitely subpar compared to the Anastasia Brow Powder Duo (which I will talk about later in this post), but gets the job done so long as you set it with a brow gel. Now looking back, it is a bit more warm then I would like for a brow powder...which means that it will work will for the majority of brunettes (because my blue-black hair has no warmth in it to match the brow powder). However, the brow gel is fantastic and matches with my eyebrows. This can easily be blended out with a spoolie to create a natural brow or a dramatic brow.
Next up is the Jordana FabuBrow Eyebrow Pencil in Taupe. Priced at $2.99, I was looking for another drugstore eyebrow pencil that could be good to stash into my makeup bag. Unfortunately, this product is a dud for me, it does not have great stay power at all...probably lasts four hours without eyebrow gel to seal (and only six hours with the eyebrow gel). I find that the product doesn't cling to my brows really well, and I can easily accidentally blend too much product away.
However, I do have a drugstore brow pencil that I can recommend, the Maybelline MasterShape by Eyestudio in Dark Brown (about $6-$9). My friend Jenny gave this to me when she was cleaning out her collection and ever since then, I have been loving this product! This eyebrow product is great for those of you who have sparse eyebrows, it is really easy for it to draw on the skin because the product isn't too waxy. This eyebrow pencil lasts the majority of the day for me, which is a huge plus!
The Anastasia Beverly Hills brow products have a cult following and for a good reason. I have tried out four of their products and there is no dud in what I have tried! My current favorite eyebrow product from the line is the DipBrow Pomade in Dark Brown (Review - $18). Even though this takes me a really long time to apply, I love the end result-- a long lasting brow product that will not budge! The Brow Powder Duo in Dark Brown (Review - $23) is another fantastic product from the line! This is probably best suited for those of you who already have nice brows and just have some sparse areas to fill in. This product is very easy to use and looks very natural on the brows! The Clear Brow Gel (Review - $22) has been a staple in my collection, I have gone through two tubes of these! I use this brow gel on almost a daily basis to set my eyebrows and make sure that they stay put all day! While I have not gotten the chance to repurchase the Brow Wiz in Brunette/Dark Brown (Review - $21), I do think that this is a fantastic brow pencil. Biggest downside to it is that it runs out extremely quickly for me, within two months I have to purchase a new one and I unfortunately do not have to money to keep replenishing this.
Final verdict: Love Anastasia brow products, they are well worth the investment! But for a drugstore alternative, give the Elf Studio Brow Kit or Maybelline MasterShape by Eyestudio a go! My personal favorite from Anastasia is her DipBrow Pomade and my favorite from the drugstore is Elf Studio Brow Kit.
What brow products do you use? Let me know in the comment section below?
On a side note, I am officially addicted to football. This world cup is sucking me in like nobodies business...makes it really difficult for me to write blog posts! I have watched almost all the games now.... I might be a convert xD
