Wonder Girls Like Money Inspired Makeup Tutorial
Hey guys! So today I will showing you how I created this Wonder Girls Like Money Inspired Makeup Look! I created this like two weeks back, but never got around to recording the voice over (pesky things that they are!) If you guys do not know, I am a huge K-Pop fan! As such, it was only a matter of time that I did a K-Pop inspired look! I am quite pleased with the results, its a very dramatic look. I probably wouldn't rock this out much, being the hermit that I am... but this would be a nice look for going out at night! You get a rare glimpse of me wearing false lashes (this is like, the third time I've worn false lashes). Unfortunately, I may have forgotten to place eyeliner where the band of my lashes were to cover it a bit more...but there will always be a next time for me to remember!

January 2014 Makeup Favorites
Benefit They're Real Mascara
So the rave on this mascara is definitely true! This lengthens my mascara very well, and while it is not a waterproof formula I do not notice any smudging (granted the weather in Florida isn't hot or humid...so we can only find that out for sure in the summer). Definitely something great to own for a girl who has short lashes, in my opinion!
Benefit Watts Up Highlighter
I just got back into the cream product bandwagon this winter, and this highlighter is the main reason. I love the champagne glow it gives on my cheek without being too shimmery! The creaminess and the ease of blendibility also make this a dream. I will definitely buy the full size of this product when I finish!
Buxom Big and Healthy Lip Polish in Dani
I'm completely addicted to this lip gloss! This is a beautiful sheer berry lip gloss that I have been topping my nude, pink, and berry lip sticks throughout this month. The formula isn't too sticky, and plus I love the minty taste of it!
Elf Studio Brow Kit in Medium - Review
I have fallen back in love with this brow product, mainly with the brow gel on the left. I have primarily been using just that portion of the brow kit to fill in my brows and it stays put for the majority of my days!
Mac Pro Longwear Concealer in NW25
I've only had this product for less than a month but daaang, does this cover well. I'm quite positive I should've picked up NW20 instead of NW25, but I can work with it so it makes it slightly okay. I really like the finish it gives, and the product is long lasting. Will do a full review later on within the next month or so.
Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser - Review
I did a review of this product a couple of weeks back, and I'm still enjoying this product a lot. This gives me a nice base to work with and it minimizes my pores!
Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette
As you can see, this is a very well loved palette in my collection (thanks to my sisters help, I have hit pan on Chopper). I have been gravitating towards this eye shadow palette this month for my neutral makeup looks and it has consistently been a staple in my makeup collection for the past year that I've had it.

Series: Playing Makeup Artist 10/12/13
Hey guys! So today I will be starting a new series on this blog, where I will be posting myself doing other people's makeup. I have a tendency of doing my friends' and my sister's makeup... and I do it a lot! Today's post is featuring one of my best friends, Insiya. As you can see, her face is pretty much flawless, so there wasn't much help needed... but I love enhancing her eyes! I'm not sure how often I can abuse my friends and play makeup artist... depends on who wants to volunteer and all! :D
Makeup Used:
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder in Dark Brown
Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel
Buxom Best Lash Mascara in Blackest Black
Covergirl and Olay Simply Ageless Concealer in Light
Jordana Twist and Shine Lip Balm Stain in Cranberry Crush
Jordana FabuLiner in Black
Mac's Satin Taupe
Rimmel ScandalEYES Kohl Kajal Waterproof Eyeliner in Black
Tarte Blush in Stellar
Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Trio in Walking on Eggshells (Eyelid Color)
Wet n Wild Fergie Eyeshadow Primer
Makeup Application:
1) I first primed Insiya's eyelids using Wet n Wild Fergie Eyeshadow Primer.
2) Then I filled in her brows using the darker shade (right side) of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder in Dark Brown and set her brows using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel
3) I then applied the nude eyeshadow from Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Trio in Walking on Eggshells onto the first half of her eyelids. Then, I used Mac's Satin Taupe and applied the outer half and into the outer V, making sure that all the makeup is blended in throughly.
4) I then applied Rimmel ScandalEYES Kohl Kahal Waterproof Eyeliner in Black on her waterline and tightline. Then, I used Jordana FabuLiner in Black to on her upper lash line to create a cat eye.
5) I then applied Buxom Lash Mascara in Blackest Black on her eyelashes (not that she needs much of it, her eyelashes are already long as it is!)
6) I then lightly used Covergirl and Olay Simply Ageless Concealer in Light to cover her dark circles and some discoloration under her eyes, while brightening the undereye area.
7) Lastly, I applied Tarte 24HR Amazonian Clay Blush in Stellar on her cheeks.

TAG: How Much Does Your Face Cost?
Hey guys! So I saw this tag over at Sarah's amazing blog, Eyeshadowaddictsanonymous and I just simply had to do it! I simply did the makeup I wore to shadowing, although it was a no-makeup makeup day, I'm sure the price of my face is going to be pretty scary. For simplicity's sake, I am going to round up to the nearest dollar.
Face:
Bobbi Brown Corrector in Porcelain Peach - $23
Elf Studio Complexion Perfection - $3
Elf Studio Blush in Pink Passion - $3
Lancome Dual Finish Powder in Matte Nu II - $38
Lancome Dual Finish Powder in Matte Nu II - $38
Lancome Teint Miracle Foundation in Buff 6W- $40
Revlon Photoready Cream Blush in Pinched - $10
Tarte 12 Hour Amazonian Clay Blush in Angelic - $9 (part of 2012 Holiday Collection)
Anastasia Brow Powder in Brunette - $23
Anastasia Clear Brow Gel - $22
Buxom Lash Mascara in Blackest Black - $19
Wet n Wild Eyeshadow Trio in Silent Treatment - $3
Stila Lip Glaze in Kaleidoscope - $3 (part of 2011 Holiday Collection)
Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Lipstick in Whisper - $12
Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Lipstick in Whisper - $12
YSL Volupte Sheer Candy in Tangy Manderine - $32
Grand total: $250
Sad thing is that the total could be SO much worse. How do I justify my makeup spending habits you may ask? Because I actually use my makeup. If I didn't use makeup on a consistent basis I would feel awful for spending the money I spend. I can't bear to have things just sitting in my makeup organizer!
I tag everyone who would want to do this tag :D Let me know if you done this tag by linking it in the comment section below! :D

July Favorites
Makeup&Beauty:
Buxom Lash Mascara in Blackest Black
This is one of my all time favorite all time mascaras, it significantly volumizes and lengthens my lashes! This is not the waterproof mascara, but it does really well in holding my curl!
Dior Diorshow Waterproof Mascara in Black
Once I stole this back from my sister, I remembered why I loved this mascara so much. While the wand is extremely bulky, this mascara works wonders on my puny lashes. Plus, this is waterproof, which makes it work wonders for the summer time.
Elf Studio Blush in Candid Coral
itsJudyTime on Youtube always raves about this blush so I had to pick it up! Needless to say, this is a really good everyday blush. It is a buildable blush, one where you won't be afraid to put too much blush on like my favorite (Pink Passion).
Elf Studio Eyebrow Kit in Medium
Reviewed this product here and I have been loving this product this month! This has been what I have been using on my brows and I absolutely adore it!
This is a nifty product that I got around 4th of July and I have been using it for the majority of the month! This color is absolutely beautiful, its a sheer red lip color that is quite buildable! I've been wearing red lips more often in July as a result!
Inglot Eyeshadow Matte 353 (Top Left)
This is definitely my newest favorite highlight color. I adore this eyeshadow for highlighting my inner corners of my eyes and underneath my brows. Currently my most used of the Freedom palette I have made right now! Used here for my FOTD Look.
Probably one of my best purchases I have made yet for a single eyeshadow. While I know that there are dupes for Woodwinked, I couldn't resist purchasing the color that everyone raves about several months back. Once I started wearing this eyeshadow, I am pleased to say I made a good decision. I featured this eyeshadow in a FOTD here and it looks so beautiful when it is just swept across the lid. If I am in a rush nowadays, all I do is just use this eyeshadow and run out of the door!
Maybelline Masterprecise Liquid Eyeliner in Black
To this day my favorite type of eyeliner is liquid, even though I haven't found the perfect liquid liner yet. I just love how smooth liquid liner goes on, in comparison to pencil and gel eyeliner. This is currently the only liquid eyeliner I have in my collection (shocker!) and so as such this is what I have been using for the majority of the month.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Kohl Kajal Waterproof Eyeliner in Nude
This eyeliner is perfect for when I want to make my eyes look brighter! I have been using this on days when I want to make my makeup look more natural, and this long lasting eyeliner definitely does the job!
Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in Transparent
This does increase the staying power of my makeup, but it is not the best in my collection. Nevertheless, this powder is great for travel and still very good! I have been throwing this one in my travel makeup bag because of compactness and because I do adore it!
Scarzone Scar Diminishing Cream SPF 15
It's summer which calls for short shorts and skirts! Which, then of course, leads to me being more proactive on diminishing my scars on my leg. I don't use any other products besides this one, and it has worked really well for me in the past and continues to do so. This is a long time favorite, and I always end up remembering to use this when I am wearing shorts more often..and due to it being bikini season. LOVE.
Sephora Atomizer
I forgot how much I liked having perfume on me...and then I bought this. Needless to say, this is a godsend. I can now actually use perfume (instead of forgetting to like I normally do) because I always carry the atomizer with me!
Wet n Wild Blush in Pearlescent Pink
The flash on the camera makes this look more pink than it truly looks in real life, but this is a really nice everyday blush that you can wear. It's also really nicely pigmented! I'm really glad I picked this one up, and now I'm tempted to pick up the last Wet n Wild Blush that I don't have...
Wet n Wild Fergie Take the Day Eyeshadow Primer
Posted a review of this primer here, and I honestly can't get enough of this primer. I can barely use up my Sephora primer because I have been using this one so much! It is just more convenient, and the lasting power of this is so much better!
Wet n Wild Color Icon Trio in Silent Treatment
Random Favorites!
TV Show:
The White Queen
Someone is going to kill me when I said this, but I think I prefer this TV Show to the book. For me, the book dragged...a lot.... but this TV Show is just plain awesome! Of course, it hasn't airred in the US yet, so I've been watching it online (not that I could watch it at home anyways, cause we don't have Starz in our package) but I've fallen in love with the characters. Yes, it may not be the most historically accurate but its TV, what do you really expect for TV. This is also done in a woman's point of view, so there isn't an insane amount of violence/war at all...which is probably why the ratings aren't the highest in England (sad I know right...even though this TV show is geared towards woman). I do appreciate that the sex scenes are pretty vanilla (aka pretty mild in terms of modern TV) cause as much as I love Max Irons and all of his goodness, I do not want a TV show to be vulgar (we have porn for that folks). But still, if you don't like seeing anything sexual related, don't watch.

My Sister's Makeup 7/2/13!
Hey guys! So I did my sister's makeup yesterday and I fell in love with what I created! It's a semi coral semi neutral makeup look and I absolutely adore it!
Face:
bareMinerals Concealer in Well Rested
Lancome Osscilation Foundation in Beige 10 and Beige 30
Lancome Blush Subtil in Sheer Amourrose
NYC Bronzer in Sunny
Eyes:
Anastasia Beverly Hill's Clear Brow Gel
Buxom Lash Mascara in Blackest Black
Elf Eyeshadow Palette in Neutral
Elf Studio Eyebrow Kit in Medium
Lancome Color Design Eyeshadow Palette in Sunset Fling
Maybelline Masterprecise Eyeliner in Black
Physician's Formula Matte Eyeshadow Quad in Canyon Classics
Wet n' Wild Take the Day Eyeshadow Primer
For the eyemakeup, I primed her eyes using Wet n' Wild Take the Day Eyeshadow Primer. Then, I filled in her brows using the lighter brow powder of the Elf Studio Eyebrow Kit in Medium first and then using the darker brow wax for the tips of her eyebrows. To finish off the brows, I used Anastasia Beverly Hill's Clear Brow Gel. I then used #1 from Lancome Color Design Eyeshadow Palette in Sunset Fling all over her eyelid, #2 on her crease and #3 at the center of her eyelid. I then deepened her crease color using #4 from Elf Eyeshadow Palette in Neutral and then used #5 from Physician's Formula Matte Eyeshadow Quad in Canyon Classics as a highlight on her browbone. I then finished off the eye makeup by using Maybelline Masterprecise Liquid Eyeliner in Black and Buxom Lash Mascara in Blackest Black.
