Project 10 Pan (revisited and added new products!)

Hey guys! So today I will be going through another spending ban. Previously, I've gone through a 42 Day Spending Ban and a Project 10 Pan. The 42 Day Spending Ban was successful but the first Project 10 Pan was not. I did hit pan on the majority of products eventually but I did not stick to it. For those of you who don't know, Project 10 Pan is when you choose any 10 products in your collection, and you cannot purchase any makeup products before you hit pan (when you hit can see the bottom of the container and/or when you used the product up completely! This version of Project 10 Pan features mainly the products that I love, but there is of course products I'm not too fond of! Some of these products you may recognize from the previous Project 10 Pan!

I mainly decided to start this spending ban because 1) I can no longer afford to buy more makeup and 2) I have way too much makeup right now, so I'm trying to finish up products. So here I am, trying to finish up these products! Hopefully this will occur before the school semester starts... but I have no idea if that is possible.

New Project 10 Pan Products (and some old ones of course!)
For this Project 10 Pan, I will be trying to finish up CoverGirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 Foundation in Warm Beige and Lancome Teint Miracle Foundation in Buff 6W. The Lancome foundation holds a soft spot for me, this was my first foundation and the foundation I wore to prom! It's a wonderful foundation, provides light to medium coverage and looks fantastic on the skin! As you guys probably know (and are probably sick of me talking about this foundation), CoverGirl Outlast is my go-to foundation during the summer, it has amazing oil controlling properties and provides medium to full coverage! The concealer I will be trying to use up is the Mac Prolongwear Concealer in NW25. This is a cult favorite concealer that is perfect for covering up my undereye circles! I like mixing with my Lancome Foundation because the concealer is a bit too light for me...while the concealer is a bit too dark for me. Mixed together and it gives me a color that is perfect for my skin! When I do finish, I will be purchasing this concealer in NW20 instead of NW25. The blush I will be trying to finish up is the Elf Studio Blush in Pink Passion. I haven't used this blush much lately (mainly because I've gotten so many blushes recently that this has kinda gotten lost in my collection!) It is a bright cool toned pink and has been well loved in the past (as seen by the fact that the packaging is taped up a bit!)

For my eyebrows, I will be trying to finish the Jordana FabuBrow Eyebrow Pencil in Taupe. This isn't my favorite eyebrow product to use, but it does the job as long as you set it with an eyebrow gel. For liquid eyeliner, I will be using up the Jordana FabuLiner Liquid Eye Liner in Black. Again, this isn't my favorite eyeliner product... it isn't a rich black as I would like for a liquid eyeliner. For a pencil eyeliner, I will be trying finishing up the Rimmel ScandalEYES Kohl Kajal Waterproof Eyeliner in Black. I have so many eyeliners, but this is the one I know I can always go back too! It's one of my favorites!

For lips, I will be trying to use up Mac Lustre Lipstick in High Tea, Revlon ColorBurst Lipgloss in Peony, and Victoria's Secret Color Drama Lipstick in Whisper. Out of these products, I only really like the Revlon lipgloss, I'm kinda neutral about the Mac lipstick and Victoria's Secret lipstick.

What products have you guys used up lately? Have you guys successfully finished Project 10 Pan? Let me know in the comment section below!

  6. Yesterday when I was packing away my makeup from my vacation I realized that I was running out of space yet again. I have so many products that only got a few uses before they were replaced with more...and more, and more! I don't know what it is with us beauty bloggers and vloggers, its seems like we all have a bit of an addiction lol! I have never been on a spending ban or project pan but I think I need to start using what I have.

  8. Oh gosh, I've been running out of space for my makeup as well! That's also a primary motivation for project pan! Yes, all us beauty bloggers and vloggers have such a bad addiction to trying new products!

  10. Project 10 pan definitely aint an easy task for those of us who LOVE make up! I've never tried this challenge or plan to, I don't think I'd be able to stick to it for longer than a week. I wish you the best of luck!

  15. I don't think I could ever go through with a makeup ban. I always want to try out new things lol Speaking of...I have heard nothing but good things about the CoverGirl Outlast foundation. I might need to give that a try!

  17. I can't remember the last time I actually hit pan on something....yikes ._.
I feel like most of these are do-able for you though, (if you commit to one foundation and one concealer), BUT GOOD LUCK HITTING PAN ON MOST/ALL OF THESE BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS :D

  18. It is going to be SO hard hitting pan on all 10 of these, but I need to start cleaning out some of my products so this is a start!

  19. I think the last time I hit pan was the CoverGirl foundation.... so I have a new bottle to completely use up O.O Thanks for the luck, I will definitely need it!

  20. I've never successfully finished a Project Ten Pan, but I've been determined to finish up some of my makeup products! I finish setting powders all the time, but I feel like they don't really count. I've got a couple of lippies that I'm trying to use up, and I've barely even touched my Sephora Ariel Storylook palette in the year I've owned so I want to at least get some use out of it!

  21. I haven't gotten around to finishing Project 10 Pan succesfully yet, but I have been able to hit pan on a majority of products! I feel that setting powders do count, I haven't been able to finish one yet! Find the blush! It's such a great one to own!
