Hey guys! Hope you are having a wonderful day! Today I will be sharing with you my Taylor Swift Inspired Makeup Look (focusing mainly on her look in the Blank Space music video). I've been wanting to create a look based off the music video ever since it first came out, but I didn't get a chance to do so until this week (so I hope I wasn't too late on the bandwagon!). I love your youtube tutorial and how confident you are! you go girl! I get nervous to do youtube videos or I would! But I love it! & all the makeup details you show! I love the red lipstick on you! Lately I have been wearing tarte foundation (I need the full coverage because of the cold weather & bad eating habits right now my skin is breaking out!) and I love colourpop eyeshadows mixed with vice 3 from urban decay... and marc jacob eye liner! this is probably my everyday makeup I use!

ReplyDeleteThis is an adorable look. My favorite new mascara is Tarte's Best in Faux Lash Fibers with their mascara. I got all kinds of fun new makeup for Christmas, and I'm having so much fun playing with it all.

ReplyDeleteI can't even tell that Punjab is slightly too dark for you, it looks perfect! I've been wanting to try the NARS sheer glow foundation for awhile now. I just need to hunt down which shade would work the best! Also that ELF powder looks awesome! You always have the best drugstore finds, I like that you don't only use high end products. Another awesome video! :)

ReplyDeleteI think it takes tons of getting use to until the nervousness dies. I'm still nervous, but not as much as my earlier videos (we got to start somewhere right!) I'm really glad you enjoyed the video Amna, it really makes me happy hearing that. Girl, I feel you on needing a full coverage foundation! My skin hasn't been the best because I keep eating junk! Oh, I SO need colourpop eyeshadows in my life! I haven't gotten around to making the plunge yet but I'm hoping to do so soon when I get some money to spare!

ReplyDeleteIt's just slightly too dark for me, but not anything that isn't too noticeable I think. Definitely get a sample of the Nars foundation if you get a chance, I think you will really enjoy it! It took me a couple of tries to get the perfect shade for me, but now that I have it I won't be going back! I can't use all high end products if there are drugstore products that are just as AWESOME, if not better! The elf powder is nice, definitely give it a try when you get a chance! :D
ReplyDeleteI need to get more Tarte products into my life (especially their blushes!) The lipstick takes a couple of tries to get a hang of it and even now I think it is sometimes a bit of a hassle (I blame the pesty applicator because it doesn't allow for as much precision as much as I would like)
ReplyDeleteI am thinking about doing a giveaway soon on instagram in the month of Feb (before valentine's day!) with colourpop eyeshadows or some sort of make-up! You have enter then!!! Do you have instagram?! :) And you're right!!! We have to start somewhere! I just started my blog not even a month ago! So i am focusing on posting outfits but down the road I definitely want to do videos!!
